In and Out Art was responsible for the overall management of the plaque exhibition presented at the Republic of Korea Pavilion (K-Heritage House) during the 48th Session of the UNESCO World Heritage Committee at BEXCO in Busan.

The Republic of Korea Pavilion was established as a special host-country exhibition to commemorate the 48th Session of the UNESCO World Heritage Committee in Busan. It presents Korea’s World Heritage, Intangible Cultural Heritage, and Documentary Heritage through a wide range of exhibitions and interactive content.

For this project, In and Out Art carefully reviewed the materials, condition, spatial layout, and installation requirements of each plaque. Our team systematically managed the entire process, including transportation, delivery into the venue, positioning, and final on-site installation.

To ensure that the historical significance and visual characteristics of the plaques were fully conveyed within the exhibition space, we carefully considered their placement, height, spacing, and visitor circulation. We also worked closely with the organizers and on-site teams to complete the installation in accordance with the exhibition’s curatorial vision.
